Hier sind mir nochmal ein paar Tulpen vor die Linse gekommen... gefreut habe ich mich über den kleinen Tautropfen. Der Strauß ist zwar schon am Verblühen, aber hat dennoch seinen Reiz.

Once again some tulips... I like the little dew drop. Although the bunch is almost withered, it still has its charm.

Gelbe Strahlkraft * Radiant Yellow

Ich finde es faszinierend, welche Strahlkraft die Farbe Gelb hat. Selbst im Schatten leuchtet meine Forsythie. Hier ein paar Impressionen (die allerdings bei Sonnenschein gemacht wurden...)
I find it very fascinating how radiant the colour yellow is. Even in the shade my forsythia is glowing. Here some impressions (however, these were taken at sunshine...)

Frühlingsglück * Spring happiness

Heute nur ganz kurz: es war ein wunderschöner, fauler Tag im Garten bzw. auf der Terrasse mit 20 Grad Celsius - fast schon wie im Sommer.
... und die Freude über die explodierende Natur. So viele grüne Blattspitzen sind schon zu sehen und meine Bonsai-Pinie hat den Winter auch überstanden.

Today only a short post: It was a wonderful, lazy day in the garden with 20 degrees Celsius - almost a summerady. 
... enjoying all the green - nature is exploding. And my bonsai pine weathered this winter, too.

Work in progress - Häkeldecke #2-2

Die Häkeldecke #2 ist zwar noch nicht fertig, aber ich habe da eine spontane Idee gehabt, wie ich sie noch aufhübschen kann. Mit ein paar Sternen zum Beispiel. Die abgewandelte 5-zackige Variante ist noch nicht ganz ausgereift - soll in Richtung Seestern gehen, der hat ja nur 5 Arme. Das Zickzack-Muster erinnerte mich auf einmal an Wellen = Wasser = Meer = Seestern - ihr versteht meinen Gedankengang?
Der Ursprung ist die schöne Sternendecke von Atty, und der Stern tauchte ja auch schon hier auf.

The crochet blanket #2 is not yet ready, but I had a spontaneous idea how to pimp it up. With some stars for example. The altered variant with 5 spikes is not quite mature... I thought of a starfish which only has 5 arms. The ripples reminded me of waves = water = sea = starfish - you got my line of thoughts?
The original star is from Atty, and it also appeared here.

Jetzt zu Ostern sind die Perlhuhnfedern ja eine gern gesehene Deko. Wie alle Federn -finde ich- sind sie ein Meisterwerk der Natur.

Now to Easter time, guinea fowl feathers are an often seen decoration. As all feathers -I think- they are a nature's masterpiece.
