Sunday Inspiration #6

(z. B. "Farbpalette" in die Suche eingeben). Auch gefunden auf Instagram.

Das inspiriert mich heute ;-)

I love colours and the endless possibilities of their combination.

On Pinterest I found them first, those photos which have a colour pallete of the containing colours. I could watch them for hours... (e. g. search for "color pallete"). Also found on Instagram.

This is my today's inspiration ;-)

MakroMontag * MacroMonday #53

The winter is back, with chilly temperatures and snow! I hope that my delicate little plants and blossoms will resist the cold. Here you see the blossoms of our plum tree.

Update: 5 Shades of Pink ~ Fox Paws Schal / Shawl

Here I have told you about my latest project, today a brief update.
In the beginning I definitely had my problems with the pattern, but now it is really easy and thus the shawl is growing quickly, 2 complete colour sequences are finishe, 3 more to do. Will check then how long it is and see, if I add more.

MakroMontag * MacroMonday #52

Almost exactly one year ago I already showed you the chequered lilies {Fritillaria meleagris} *click*, however, last year the flowers were blooming much ahead than this year. Last night it was very cold and freezing - brrrrr.

Holz * Wood

Lotta is collecting photos of wood today. I like wood, I like trees.
Australia is home of many Eucalyptus trees, with lots of different barks: some are absolutely smooth, some full of structures, white or colourful. Or as the top photos show with living and dead wood, e. g. as a result from a bush fire.
Fun fact: In extreme drought Eucalyptus trees have the ability to drop individual branches. Thus the advice when bush camping: never put your tent up underneath a branch, because you might get killed by a falling one.

MakroMontag * MacroMonday #51 {Blue}

I am having a blue Monday again ;-) Last time there were a dwarf bearded iris and a hyacinth, today it is an ageratum {Scilla}.
Somehow the typical spring colour is yellow, one could think, but mine is the complementary colour blue (and so we come full circle).
I wish you a great week!

... and three variants in black & white, which I link to Frauke's party

Monatsrückblick {März} * Monthly review {March}

The year 2016 is really a speedy one, the first quarter is already gone! I was creative with regard to my new passion - the hand lettering, samples *click* *click* *click*, then I started two knitting projects: an airy summer shawl *click* and a shawl in 5 pink-shades *click*, stitch markers *click* , and I took a lot of photos *click*, saw a rainbow *click* and posted a recipe for kale crisps *click*.
